MPM program cooperated with Quebec University, Canada, was approved by the State Academic Degrees Committee in December 2003. The program is aimed at cultivating senior executives who are familiar with the law of market economy and international operation rules, able to carry on overall and effective administration of different-sized projects. The program, according to the teaching plans of Quebec University, adopts current international and advanced teaching methodology and authentic teaching materials. The courses are given by Canadian and Chinese professors. The program recruits 90 students annually, and has trained more than 600 specialists up to now, making positive contributions to local economic construction and development.
