Up to now, ZJSU has signed cooperative agreement with more than 200 universities since 1990s, sending over 600 students study abroad each year through more than 40 long-term and short-term programs. Several international exchange programs for excellent undergraduates are selected as China Scholarship Council Program that will cover all expenses of the students. In 2017, 8 students exchange programs were funded by China Scholarship Council, namely the programs with Ehime University, State University of New York, Oswego, Chiba University, University of Angers, Shibaura Institute of Technology, Kansai University, Ewha Womans University and University of Canterbury.
