Research team led by Prof. Fu Linglin from the School of Food Science and Biotechnology of ZJSU, has made great progress recently in food allergy with their relevant great findings published in Allergy (IF:13.146), the world’s top journal in the allergy science.The paper titled Variations in Oral Microbiota and Salivary Proteomics Reveal Distinct Patterns in Polysensitized Individual,which is jointly completed with Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH). ZJSU is registered as the first author and corresponding author.
