ZJSU signed Agreement of Cooperation with University of Manchester, UK, after the two sides negotiated on this training program. According to the agreement, ZJSU and University of Manchester will select outstanding students, majoring in human resource management, finance, and e-commerce, to attend selective courses at University of Manchester. The students will get their diplomas after the check of the UK side.

 

This agreement witnesses the very beginning of cooperation program between University of Manchester and universities in China, and also the further development of cooperation programs between our university and key foreign universities. The agreement will be beneficial to speed up the process of education internationalization and enhance the internationalization level of ZJSU.

 

University of Manchester is one of Red Brick universities in the UK, boasts more than 500 majors, and more than 40,000 students, including over 10,000 overseas students. Almost all of its majors enjoyed their popularities, especially bioscience, engineering, liberal arts, economics, sociology and social science, The Times reported. 23 Nobel Prize winners are from University of Manchester, who are 1/4 of the total number in the UK. According to the academic ranking by Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2010, University of Manchester ranked 5^th in the UK, 9^th in Europe and ranked 44^th in the world.
