On June 3rd, president Zhang Renshou and vice-president Dai Wenzhan met with Mr. Neil Salonen, president of University of Bridgeport, and their president assistant Dr. Wen Xinlong. On behalf of ZJSU, Zhang and Dai signed cooperation agreement with University of Bridgeport on international students’ degree programs. Officials from ZJSU International Affairs Department, College of International Education also attended the meeting.
University of Bridgeport and ZJSU has a ten-year history in cooperation, and the signing of this cooperation agreement marks a new stage in our cooperative relationship. This agreement is a brand new way to open international exchange programs for ZJSU. According to this agreement, the two schools will cooperate to train more international students.
University of Bridgeport, which is located in Connecticut’s biggest city, Bridgeport, has a history of more than 200 years. The university has majors in science, management, art, medical, literature, etc. while computer, health science, industrial design and management are its preponderant principles. University of Bridgeport distinguishes itself in its internationalized education, 30% of its students are foreign students.
