The Third Group of Exchange Students from University of Applied Sciences Wildau, Germany Arrive at ZJSU
Recently, a group of eighteen students of University of Applied Sciences Wildau(UASW), Germany have arrived at our University to study for three months as exchange students. Professor Jurgen Wagenmann, the Asian Project Director of UASW, led the group. Professor Wagenmann would also give lectures of one semester for ZJSU undergraduate and postgraduate students, at the School of Accounting and the School of Finance.
On March 3rd, the College of International Education had a welcome reception for the German exchange students. Teachers from the College of International Education encouraged the German students to cherish this opportunity and study diligently, so as to establish friendly relations with Chinese students, to experience the social life of Hangzhou and to understand China better.
The student exchange program of ZJSU and UASW started in 2009. It has made satisfactory progress, and is now regarded as a most prominent cooperative student exchange program of ZJSU with a single university of a foreign country. In 2009 and 2010, UASW sent groups of students to ZJSU to study China and Chinese Business courses for three months.  The German students have very much appreciated such overseas experience.
