On Feb. 26, at the invitation of the College of Information and Electronic Engineering, an educational delegation of students from Politecnico di Torino, Italy paid a visit to our Xiasha Campus. Leaders and student representatives of the college met with the guests and exchanged views with them.   

   Leader of the college gave the delegation a warm welcome, and introduced to the guests the history and disciplinary features of both ZJSU and the college. They also pointed out our university's peculiar features and measures for internationalization. 

  The visiting Italian students expressed their appreciation of the beautiful campus and of the fine teaching and research facilities of ZJSU.  They wish that both universities could have further long-term exchange and cooperation.

   The visit of the Italian students definitely pushed forward the actual cooperation of the two universities, and would be a good beginning  for subsequent substantial cooperation and exchange projects.

   We may also gladly recall that Professor Francesco Profumo, Rector of Politecnico di Torino already made a friendly visit of our university in September, 2010.
