Université de Paris (Dauphine) delegation, led by Vice President Arnaud Raynouard and MIB Director Emmanuel Monod, visited ZJSU on April 21. ZJSU President Hu Jianmiao had a talk with the 4-member delegation.

    Through the talk, a bilateral cooperation consensus was reached on the matter of mutual collaboration, students and teachers' exchange and academic research. Staff from ZJSU International Affairs Office, Alliance Francaise de Hangzhou and MBA School also attended the meeting. An initial plan for the  Master of International Business Program was conceived.

    Recognized as a fully-fledged university, Université de Paris Dauphine was the first university to confer management doctoral degree in France. The university ranks the 5th in national university overall ranking, and reaches the first in national management major ranking. So far. the university has only 3 partnership universities in China: University of Hong Kong, Tsinghua University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The university is one of the member universities of Paris Universitas Alliance (L'Alliance Paris Universitas), which is an alliance of six Paris higher education institutions, each of which is a standard-bearer in its particular field of expertise: Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales (EHESS), Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS), Paris II Panthéon Assas University, Paris III Sorbonne Nouvelle University, Paris VI Pierre et Marie Curie University, and Paris IX Dauphine University. Paris Universitas Alliance offers the entire spectrum of courses, from medicine to the arts, including engineering, law, management and the social sciences.
